From the half year report extract as follows:

'If the Company is successful in receiving the remaining $80,000,000 of sale proceeds from MCC pursuant to the MCC
sale agreement, the occurrence of which is contingent on various events transpiring prior to 6 August 2010, this would
trigger an obligation of the Company to pay an additional $7,600,000 in contingent commission fees on the sale.'

Given 6 August has past would expect an update soon, I am going to shoot the company an email and ask anyways.
