    Correct me if I am wrong Eagle, but as I understand it Morrison proposed legislation and it was Labor that rejected the legislation by proposing amendments that were not acceptable to the Government.

    It is bad enough that they are only there because of the policy failures of Labor and the Greens, but now Labor and the Greens are playing politics irrespective of the fact that the children have to stay on Nauru longer than if they just agreed to the legislation.

    A complicating factor is that apparently some have been rejected by the US as security risks. Do we seperate them from their parents or is NZ happy to wear the security risk.
