    BLY has sent out a list of 80 rigs for sale in the Asia Pacific region (Australia, Indonesia and New Zealand).

    Lets REMOVE all barriers of entry to the industry and sell rigs to every Tom, Dick and Harry!!

    How much market damage this will ultimately cause????????
