R21, the list I have is only for Asia Pacific, no doubt other areas could be doing the same, but this list is strictly local. I note also, there doesn't seem to be any underground rigs listed, from what I can see.

BLY's history shows us that when the mining/exploration investment boom was on, they made most of their turnover with Junior Explorers. I agree that the state of these rigs are unknown, but selling equipment to operators that can operate at lower overheads is counterintuitive. Their is an immense levelling of the playing field, where once BLY could set their price, because of their safety and management systems, these systems are now available for all. Hence even the BHP's of the world, are looking more and more at cost, rather than gloss.
