If anything, once WM gets to 80% and finds itself stuck with firm resistance, there is more pressure for them to fork out more cash for a $3 all cash T.O.
They may also allow holders 2 choices. Either a $3 cash payout or the existing $1.5 + toilet roll.
Until they get to 90%, they can't compulsorily acquire the company.
I would not assume Wah Nam associates have been buying all the free float since June.
I can also be very confident those who bought since June are like me (not to get the dunny paper but to get the cash that will inevitably come - if we stick together and HOLD OUT).
