Telstra will be more customer focused after years of neglecting their customers...deploying 15,000 webphones around australia will give them them the best network as far as WiFi,mobile coverage,interactive webphone advertising their broadband plans,new products at a touch of a button{just imagine a shopfront at every corner]..this has to be a win win product for telstra...but as the MD of pie says it also applies to Financial and retail.......HUGE MARKET...{the 15,000 wp is only my opinion...}
