Desperate situation currently!
Fact: Less than $800k cash currently held by the company!;
Assumption: Due to shareprice trading around or under 19 cents during the SPP - very few SPP applications/$'s received to date!
Therefore : Closing date of SPP (currently 6 May 2013) - will be extended!
I'm not going to comment on how badly this current situation reflects on Management!
