    Any advise appreciated. Looking at this one and it seems to be flying under the radar.

    At 10c, cap is around $10M with $5M cash. 800mt coal in Botswanna.... Proposed Power station in WA.

    Is it a simple case of ignored and unloved..... chance of multibagger?

    I noticed it was $1 two years ago.
