In fact their release was not put in a manner any different to what SDL did around 18 months ago.

I agree with you that they are not at the point of having a resource yet but there was nothing wrong with the announcement from the company.

They probably know more than they put in the announcement imo and for them to be already looking at a scoping study by early next year indicates to me that there is a fair bit of data from the French to go through in relation to the project.
