they need the next installment paid by the China partner to show total commitment to the project for the sp to take off.
I converted my oppies to shares as feel it has potential since not only will they have a large magenetite operation but they they will have their own port which is sorely need for them and others in the area

This is still a very speculative stock but with the amount of cash CXM has in the bank they wont be going belly up any time soon.
