but the big down side to this is the coal is sold to a parent company in india so profit for this company is not a issue if it was any independent company selling to any non related company it would be a much better stock. hence all the main reasons rey did not accept the takeover offer and the rey shareholders hardly sent them packing and made them look like amateurs , they hardy sold a share to them that speaks volumes about gnm. it would have great advantage in the current market because of the floods but the aboves issues take all that away .
