Hi Skribbler or anyone else following the NMT story.

Have a question on offtake pricing, any thoughts how this will be done given each customer owns a big chunk of the mine?

For example year 4 - assuming the hydroxide plant is ready, will MIN and NMT have effective control over the pricing off 51% of the product? (Since they will be selling it to themselves) Or will they need to secure the 51% at a benchmark market price?

Has there been any discussion here about merger scenarios between MIN and NMT? Couldn't find any, appreciate any links.
