I posted on the weekend that the probability of BHP buying OZL is minimal. The O Dam expansion will generate Copper concentrate volumes of 2.4mta, compared to OZL at PH of 200,000tpa. IMO, PH is too small for BHP to worry about, when compared to the plans and output of O Dam. BHP management will not want to be distracted by a small operation off to the side.

The above being said, OZL still has a great resource in PH and it is good to see the stock break 80cps. If it can hold 80 at the close, then this could become the new support point.

I am still of the opinion that the stock is a LT buy.
