    In today's West Australian newspaper. Sundance have completed an 80m dollar cap raising to "institutional investors" in Europe and US. It will require shareholder approval because over the 15% cap raising limit. Apparantly it was completed at "around current prices". SDL's last close puts its valuation at around $340m
