What I don't like is that they waited for the lowest price to make this CR.
IMO the technical analysis showed the sp was at its lowest and was beginning to go up... And boom: trading halt & CR.
Frankly I believe this is an easy way for those Chinese groups to dilute all the others to nothing and take full control. Smart of them.
At least I know now what to expect when investing is some companies.
