    chairman purchasd 650,000 shares @ .77 in last cr
    MD purchased 312,500 shares @ .51 on market about 6 weeeks ago
    GXY has been heavily shorted since April

    lets hope this CR is at .50 or higher and the factory meets the cash flow forecast then finally the share price can take off and meet the potential
