The value for FAR holders is in the ground in SNE, FAN, a2, a5 and other potential leases we get. This $80mil will allow FAR to unlock that value for its shareholders. It will put FAR in a stronger bargaining position when it comes to dealing with the big boys. 22% dilution is not ideal but I would rather share the love around a little more and stay in the game then be squeezed out with no love to go around.

If this CR is followed by a pull back in the SP I will gladly load up, if it doesn't then no harm no foul, we have an expanding portfolio, that is sure to add value given it's now somewhat de risked nature.

I am curious on one line from this release "general corporate use", I would love it if this could be clarified during the QandA at the AGM. If anyone here is attending it would be great if it could be asked and then reported back to the FAR thread.
