Very happy to see FAR cashed up going forward, especially given our recent acquisition of new leases. But I do wonder this means in terms of other expected events, mainly DOC and PE. Many on here, including myself, expected FAR to look to reserve based lending once DOC was made. Similarly, PE was expected to bring with it a cash windfall that would solve our funding issue for quite some time. Given the size of the CR it makes me think that both of these events may now be some way off and FAR has had to fund itself into the foreseeable future. DOC will happen in its own time, I think this may be an indication that the PE issue is not going to be resolved in the short term and if it goes to arbitration it could be a drawn out process. Also if it goes to arbitration there is no guarantee of success and FAR would need to have funds n place to cover that eventuality. I'm still positive on the PE outcome, just thinking it may be a while yet.
