US$375 million = 1.29 (exchange rate) x 375 =AUS$483.75 million.

SGC 472,092,707 x . cents = $52 million.
SGCOA 131,915,719 x 4 cents ex = $5.3 million

SGC Fully diluted (604,008,426 x 81 cents) - ($5.3 million in cash) =$483.21 million Market Cap

SGC 604,008,426 x81 cents - ($5.3 million in cash)= AUS$483.95 million.
