I think a CR to get MUS over the line to first auction is the least of the concerns. (Other than holding down the SP price and making them even more of a sitting duck when the SP is, say, 4c and if they clean up at Oct auction to the tune of their MC or more.)

No one likes dilution but the two big issues I see are

a) getting good returns from Oct auctions

and

b) avoiding getting swallowed for a lowball price, far more concerning to shareholders end returns than 10% dilution.
