Is there a quandary in the current situation. If you explain too much about the rubies then someone will take out MUS at this pathetic market cap. So are the directors keeping this quiet until the auction and can then justify and ward off any cheap offer. Also a listed company cannot justify taking over MUS without some real known data, otherwise their shareholders will give them a roasting if they get it wrong.
The BOD need to get the sp up consistently, the new director does not get any options until November and they are way above the current price so he will get nothing if there is an early bid.
Get the CR out whatever form and I am happy with a SPP and Mezzanine debt, but get it out there so the sp can move on, GEM will soon be history, make sure MUS is not at this point, the CR is holding everything back as any sp rise maybe seen as a pump, just get the CR out there now.
