Nothing has changed. Still producing and Aud price still $2,500 an ounce.
I would note a number of articles and podcasts are saying they see a 20% rise in USD gold price, +$2,100 into late 2022 due to inflation. This is obviously against all major bank forecasts as discussed here previously. Even if central banks raise 1% if inflation is 6% they are still under by 5%, eroding cash purchasing power.
2022 is going to be more interesting than 2021. DYOR
