Youre joking right? Scientists dont care about money?
How do they get to carry out their loving research? By putting in applications for grants, subsidies etc etc. No research funding = no research = no food on the scientists table (not to mention being able to attend fabulous conferences to show off their reputations). If you are a scientist surely you must know this. And you would also know that one of the undisputed facts of the GGWS doco is that money available for greenhouse research has gone from something like USD200m to over 2billion since all this hype began a decade ago. I would say there are many scientists now dependent and very caring about the money.
