That's what they say . . . . seems to me an indication, that they're not generating enough to keep the wee businss running. Having to continue with new issues in order to keep the wolves from the door, is not exactly a very positive sign.
But, as some have said before, perhaps I'm too impatient and too negative.
Once again, hope I'm wrong !
