    I think something has gone wrong here. I have the post fully subscribed CR LLL SOI at 1,197,600,000. FFX holding is around 8%

    At a $1 valuation LLL is obviously $1.198B market cap. An 8% holding of that is much lower than even your 70c valuation here.

    I have a 70c IPO price for LLL providing 6-7cps of value to FFX.
