Definitely be a cynic when it comes to bonkers and anilshyts!
As I wrote a few weeks ago...the POG these guys are using is ridiculous and will only changed when those higher up the cesspool decide that their forecasts require adjustments. Once that happens - the crud filters down, numbers get reworked and anilshyts/bonkers change their target prices and stance - usually retrospectively behind the market momentum until they get too bullish and ahead of it. It's just the ebb and flow of the BS.
