in regards to market announcement, holders only need to disclose if their holding exceeds 5% shareholding... and they have a period of time (2 days) to make the announcement. IFN don't need to disclose anything as it was on market transactions that caused the drop, ASX may send out a please explain request though - but only sitting at 15% down today and I would wholly expect it to gap back up in the near term.
So we will get an exit notice from Brookfield soon and then we may get a new (or few) substantial holder announcement to bring in the purchasers of the Brookfield shares - if they bought enough... institutional / sophisticated investors got a nice discount to where it was but we have had an uninformed over reaction here,
