IFN don't need to disclose anything as it was on market transactions that caused the drop, ASX may send out a please explain request though - but only sitting at 15% down today and I would wholly expect it to gap back up in the near term.

The minimum is two days after the buy as settlement will not go through until then. You can say you own something until you have paid for it.
