No other announcement to market is required, though IFN may care to do so, Not much they can say.

No details yet of who bought the Brookfield shares. I would imagine Brookfield would have wanted to sell them to one or two buyers at the 11% discount. I am expecting a change in substantial holder notification as I believe one buyer will have more than 5%. (Brookfield had 9% holding in 2018)
