Is 22% the size of the group that's voting 'yes', or is it just the size of the group of major shareholders?
Where's the co-sign by an officer of SGI on the press release? Why is it missing? Trouble in Paradise? LMAO
And that's apart from the lameness of putting out a press release claiming you've got 20% of the vote. That's like crowing about your gold mine producing 5k/qtr.
