Now idea how long they can stay in suspension, I suspect that they could stay as long as they want providing they pay all the ASX fee's and keep trading, but the longer they stay in suspension the more regulatory hoops they have to jump through to get back on-line.

At some stage we will see the true financial condition of the company.
Unfortunately I believe the longer they stay in trading halt the harder that it will be to raise the capital at 5.3 cents.
I would suspect that the "investors" would want to get the shares cheaper than 5.3 cents
I hope that's not the case but we shall see..... sometime in the next 3 months
