88 Energy Reports on Merlin-2 WellSpuddedMorningstar, 15 Mar 2022 3:38 AM AEDT88 Energy reported that the Arctic Fox rigcommenced drilling the Merlin-2 appraisalwell, located in Project Peregrine in the NPR-Aregion of the North Slope of Alaska on 7 March2022. The Merlin-2 appraisal well is plannedfor a Total Depth (TD) of 8,000 feet, and istargeting 652 million barrels of oil in the highlyprospective N18, N19 and N20 targets that wereencountered in the successful Merlin-1 well.
