Whilst I agree with plenty you have said , that is what people said about AVZ for years and they are now imminently close to a ML from the DRC government.
I'm not saying this is a winner, sure thing, going to the moon. But, technically it is moving very nicely and certainly worth a short-term play if one is willing to ride with the inherent risks 88E brings, alongside the volatile market we are experiencing and has the foresight to take profits when opportunities arise.
