Just keeps going up. That's what can happen in a structural shift of the underlying drivers. It becomes a hedge to the upside and option dealers have to buy on spot to zero out their risk to adds to the cycle..........similar to the Nasdaq run up over the last 24months and what Softbank do to markets due to their size in the option landscape.
