If you've only "been playing with the share market for over a year" you've still got a lot to learn, Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is an oil field. If you don't like the ups and downs or seeing your money tenbag I would suggest putting your money somewhere safe like under the mattress, and also playing is completely the wrong word, you're likely to lose everything if that's all you're doing.
