Surely MOIC is irrelevant to me. If the sp reaches 65p and I decide to sell then I get 50p. If I wait for a takeover and the offerer says i'll pay 85p but make a 30% charge against it - then I will refuse to sell forthe net price of 45.5p.
The MOIC agreement may not apply and if it does then a sliding scale applies so the deduction (if any) cannot be determined beforehand, as I understand it. Indeed; truth be told, I do not understand it because at this stage it is pie in the sky and not worth wasting my time on something that I cannot calculate and can veto ic I dont like the numbers.
