    It is more to do with concerns around the potential for 'editorializing' (as Laz put it) the flow of information.

    We MAY have seen a small example of it just then in the Q&A post, with the use of upper case, and exclamation marks... (Maybe not).

    Nevertheless, thanks to Tim et al for collating.
