Even with modest figures of say 500 mill 2c @ $2.50 / barrel, well that is at least 25c a share. What the market decides is of course another matter, but seems to be valuing exploration companies at around the category (2c, 2p etc) times number of barrels ATM. Recent transaction WPL buying in to the SNE field (Senegal) and FAR Ltd subsequent share price sort of confirms this as well as a 2c valuation in the range of $2-$3 a barrel.
