88e Long Term Investors Group

Hi Guys,

We have started the 88e Long Term Investors Group. We are in the UK but anyone is welcome to join.

We have two main objectives, to keep ourselves informed and to promote 88e.

HotCopper, like LSE and Blueshare in the UK provide an essential source of information and debate for those researching 88e. Many new investors are attracted to these boards. There are some excellent expert posts to be read.

We are developing a 88e Long Term Investors Group website where Investors can put more permanent independent research articles and personal opinions. It will also have frequently asked questions and answers.

We are now attracting members from Australia as well as the UK and even one or two from Spain, USA, Dubai and Kenya.

“88 Energy has historically struggled to engage in a more meaningful way with a large portion of its shareholder base in the UK, particularly those that hold shares personally.  An existing mechanism exists for this through the Company’s website but it is impractical to expect to be able to answer every question on an ad hoc basis through this portal. This also typically provides clarification for one individual and then requires duplication of effort for each query on the same topic.

A group of proactive investors recently approached 88 Energy with a solution to this issue, which has the Company’s full support.

This group is known as the 88E Long Term Investor Group. The Group has proposed to become a conduit for clarification and more effective communication between 88 Energy and its UK investors. No material or new information will be disclosed through the Group; rather the endeavour is to ensure that the information in the public domain is interpreted as accurately as possible for the benefit of all shareholders.”
