I believe this was mentioned before. e.g. if I offered to buy the company for one thousand dollars they definitely would not waste anyone's time by reporting such a totally inadequate offer. I believe it is in one of the Q & A sessions with DW. I'm sure others here will recall it, if not, DYOR.
