Everyone's circumstance is different. Depends what you bought for and how long you have held to determine your tax liability from selling heads now. May not get as many oppies as you hope. Also, once on the oppie train your CGT clock restarts and then gets reset yet again if and when you convert to heads.
May be easier to just stay on the ride that you already have.
