over the years , i've had several property investments, fully maxed out and unable to participate in a flexing market. Kids have left home , so now fully cashed up and have a nice portfolio of Lithium, Gold and a few Oilys including 88e and far. Part of my exhaustive research includes hours on HC and am incredibly thankful to the knowledgable posters with due consideration to the uppers and downers. Cheers
