Like everyone multi, just trying to piece together the limited info we have.
Having re-read the 25/11 announcement, it appears all parties were waiting on Charles Blake to begin, as states that he is leading the Sentry pilot. That is, IAM was the one not ready to begin.
If I was Sentry, and negotiated a 6month pilot/exclusivity, I would assume that would not commence until IAM was ready to commence, at the earliest. Hence why I mentioned late may, at the earliest.
The clock wouldn't have been running on Sentrys time, when they were waiting on CB to begin.
