Based on prospectus 8AU is looking good. Some of attractive points for me:

• gold, nickel sulphide and platinum group elements (PGE’s)
• Five good stage projects in proven area
• Valuation is good with unit price of 20c
• Options will be 20c or 30c exercise with minimum of 12 months escrow period
• Strong management team and backed by Bryan Frost

I am not able to exactly figure what portion of existing shares are under escrow. Is it 100% of existing ? Has anyone insight on escrow?
