I could be wrong, but my take is that 11.25m shares from vendor offer will be escrowed, and the difference between 25.149m is the number of escrowed existing shares? i.e. (approx 13.9m shares??).

Please correct me if im wrong.

I think you're correct, except it's a max of 25.149m shares are escrowed so it could be way less. Therefore a max of approx 13.9m shares by existing holders could possibly be escrowed, or it could be way less.

There are 22,686,995 existing shares and a max of approx 13mil of those shares could possibly be escrowed, or it could be way less.
