I wouldn't be getting too excited about this one. The Cairns project is a long way off and there is no indication that it would be funded through this vehicle.
I was an employee of this company and am amazed at what's happening. The new management are paying themselves too much money and keep in mind that the casino has NOT made a profit in the last few years.
The extra money recently raised will be issued as 'working capital' which IMO means paying the salaries of the management. The directors are now getting almost double what the previous GM was paid and the new CEO about 7x that much.
This stock will continue to be diluted as more capital is required. Be careful....
