Yeah it will be Hartleys who will be selling off the underwritten stock to just pocket the commision fee.
I haven't got a lot of spare cash currently but I certainly would be a buyer between 7 and 8c. They will pressure the market that much with the selling that it will drop under 8c for a little while imo.
