I see 8ih is performing a share buyback program on a daily basis... why?

I search the company and I can not find anything else they are involved in? Everything they state in announcements and articles makes them seem like they have no other information than that also provided by 8VI? This is all very odd?

As for valuation...8IH owns 79.5% of 8VI.
8VI has 41.4 M shares outstanding and a current market cap of 89 million...
So 79.5% of these values should see 8IH have a market cap of 70.755 million...
However, with 359 M shares outstanding (as of March 2021) at a price of .28 (as of today) 8IH current market cap sits at around 100.5 million...?
The question is, how many shares have they bought back since March 2021? I'm assuming the more they buy back, the more each of their shares outstanding will grow in value...
Yet, still, there's almost 20 million of market cap value unaccounted for which must come from other sources... So what do they own/do that generates 20 million of value besides their holding in 8VI?

Are these figures correct? ^ Am I missing something?
