    The 2015 expected capital costs of $21 mill are for the installation of the substation and improving power quality which will substantially reduce the AISC.

    Please read all 3 announcements to get your own picture things aren't as bleak as some would like you to believe. Tiger have an outstanding project that will only improve with the power upgrade and expansion in the future.
