Kennyruss, according to the last presentation LSG Coal Pty Ltd held 3,21% - around 11m shares.
so if it was them who sold, they would be down to around 3m and an announcement would be due.
Since there are no other holders on the register outside of Pallinghurst, POSCO & Red Rock, with 8m shares to sell, if it is not LSG, who on earth could it be?

As for who bought them, I would prefer to leave that one to the company to announce as very soon they surely must.
